Hey Moea! thanks for commenting! first I would recommend talking to your family there as they already live there and seeing if you can rent a room with them, or finding a cheaper apartment in one of the islands in French Polynesia, also eat the local food and either work online or find work there in French Polynesia or work in the Tourism industry there.
